Questions people often ask
How many sessions will I need?
Many people work through the process in around three to four focused sessions, though this varies from person to person.
Do sessions happen online?
Yes, sessions are held online by video call, so you can take part from home.
I've never actually lost control of the car, does this still apply to me?
Yes. Many people who come to see me have never lost control while driving. It's the fear of losing control that's the problem and that's just as real and just as treatable.
